Reinhard Dust (Production, Finance)
Reinhard Dust was born in Bad Bentheim, Germany, in 1949. After qualifying in business economics, he joined Wintershall AG as a buyer in 1976, subsequently taking up the same position with K+S in 1979. After holding various positions in purchasing and later heading the purchasing department, he moved to Kali-Transport Gesellschaft mbH, Hamburg, in 1995, where he initially took charge of commercial operations and then held overall responsibility for the company's business from 1996 until 2000. At the same time, he ran the newly created logistics department of the K+S Group, Kassel.
In 2001, Dust became head of the K+S salt business segment. In his capacity as an esco general manager, he is responsible for production, finance and administration.
Erich Krug (Marketing, Sales)
Erich Krug was born in Kassel, Germany, in 1959. After obtaining his secondary school leaving certificate he studied business management at the universities of Göttingen and Kassel from 1981 until 1984. Subsequently and until 1989, he worked in the central controlling/planning unit within the sales department of what was formerly Kali und Salz AG. He moved to the company’s salt business segment in 1990. From 1992 until 2001, he was responsible for sales of industrial salt and de-icing salt. In 2002, Erich Krug took over the head of consumer/industrial product marketing of esco - european salt company.
With effect from July 1st, 2006, Erich Krug was appointed esco managing director responsible for marketing and sales.
