The REACH Directive has come into effect on June 1st, 2007. The pre-registration phase for substances being in the market and having to be registered is running from June, 1st until November 30th, 2008.

All esco products consist of sodium chloride, a natural mineral which has not been chemically modified. Therefore, our products are exempted from the obligation to register and we are not directly affected by REACH.

We will, of course, take all necessary steps with our suppliers in due time to guarantee the supply of all products necessary to our production. By doing so, we will be able to provide our customers with "their" products in the usual, well-known quality.
